Marin Coffman joined Alliance in October of 2024, bringing with her a deep commitment to making a difference. A proud graduate of Indiana State University, Marin earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies in 2016. Her natural curiosity and passion for data analysis, particularly as it relates to human behavior, have been hallmarks of her career.

As a seasoned case manager, Marin cultivated a strong passion for community-based advocacy, recognizing the pivotal role early intervention plays in shaping the lives of youth. With her extensive background in program management, Marin is driven to implement impactful initiatives that further Alliance’s mission. In her role, she is dedicated to advancing the mission of Choices Matter by emphasizing education and advocacy, empowering the next generation with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed and thrive.
