Megan Flint is a dedicated and passionate professional who strives to share compassion and empathy in her interactions with people. A middle Tennessee native, she earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology as well as a master’s degree in education from Middle Tennessee State University to build her knowledge of youth empowerment. Her background includes coordinating programs for Girls Inc. and Best Buddies, which helped solidify her strong belief that human connection can and will change the world.

Outside of her work, Megan enjoys watching a good TV show, playing trivia with friends, and cuddling her two Halloween-themed cats.
